Classroom & Huddle room Access

Classrooms and huddle rooms are available to College of Engineering students during normal business hours (9AM - 5 PM) with the exception of University holidays or special closure dates. These rooms are also available from 5PM - 10PM, M-F to approved Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) with special ESDC training. 

Rooms can be reserved through Community Web Scheduler (COWS)

  2. Department events
  3. USRSOs
  4. RSOs
  5. Individuals

Rules for students using the Class and Huddle rooms

• After hours access is only for approved USRSO/RSO events with an approved club lead present. No individual access.
• Absolutely no work of any kind is allowed in the classrooms.
• Doors to the hallway may not be propped at any time.
• Everyone who enters the classroom must also sign in at the front desk.
• Students are expected to clean their area before leaving the classroom.
