Leave your legacy in the Diane Bryant Engineering Student Design Center.

The College of Engineering invites alumni and friends to be part of the Diane Bryant Engineering Student Design Center (ESDC), a state-of-the-art teaching and learning environment, by leaving your mark on one of our student-built tables.

ESDC student staff, known as the “Baum Squad,” designed and built 19 tables out of mild steel box tube and rough butcher block. Tables will be used in the two Design Classrooms and as workbenches for student competitions and capstone projects. They will also be used for special events where students can present their projects to industry partners.

For a contribution of $3,000, you will join an exceptional group of donors who are supporting hands-on, project-based education. Imagine students taking notes, listening to presentations, building their gyroscopes or visiting with industry at “your table.”

In recognition of your generosity, a nameplate bearing the inscription of your choice will be placed on one of the tables. The plaque will be inscribed with your name or the name of a special person you wish to honor.

Your gift will benefit the ESDC Materials Maintenance Fund, providing funding for ESDC supplies, parts and new equipment. This fund is building toward endowment with the goal of providing funds for this purpose for generations of Aggie Engineers. If it does not reach endowment level, donations to this fund will provide current use support for the same purpose.
